She was also instrumental in translating, creating and organizing the coaches manual used in the Netherlands today.  She has served on the organizing committee for several championships, including the World Championships.  Ella was also given a medal of honor from Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands for her contributions to the positive development of youth in her community.  Ella specializes in working with beginners and teenaged athletes.
